This is a follow up to my first question on knock off hand bags. There are alot of people selling knock off handbags and in fact I went to a home party for assorted knock off bags They are sold all over down town NYC and those vendors get anywhere from $50 to $125. I believe the bags are only illegal if they have the the same or a substantially similar logo or pattern. Thus, if the bag say Gucci, and is not, it's illegal. If it looks just like the same bag, but says Gnocci, it's ok.
