Loving Designer Handbags and Knock-offs

I have some fake designer bags that I’m tired of and want to get rid of. Is it OK to list these bags on ebay as long as I make sure to put “imitation” designer and not try to pass them off as the real thing? Or are they illegal to sell period? Thanks!
